Our engineers installed a telephone system comprising a range of desk phones, DECT phones and easy-to-use resident handsets. The WiFi Network we also installed includes both internal and external Access Points, with internet connectivity for staff, residents, and visitors.
Lastly, our Nexus Messaging Solution was implemented, integrating with the existing Nurse Call system at Adel Manor. It allows care staff to receive alerts directly on their smartphones, creating a calmer care environment by reducing noisy wallboard alerts throughout the home.
