Simon Hall has joined GHM Care as a 3rd Line Support Engineer.
Simon previously provided telecoms and IT support for the CTS Group Ltd in Milton Park and prior to that he was an IT Support engineer for Hartwell Plc, supporting their dealerships. He also spent seven years with Nationwide Retail, managing their range of office and retail IT services.
At GHM, Simon will be supporting our care home customers with their technical requirements for both telephone systems and IT systems. The majority of his time will be supporting customers via the service desk but he will also be visiting care homes onsite when required.
Simon says: “I was really keen to join GHM as they have a really great range of both telephone and IT products and services. And as they tailor each solution to each client, the variety of work is going to be brilliant. What really came through though is how friendly the team at GHM are and how they support each other within the office to ensure the best outcome for the customer. I already feel part of the team and look forward to a long and varied career there.”
In his own time, Simon is very much a family man taking his two children to swimming, performing arts, cycling, rugby and everything else active at the weekends.
