Computer chip woe to continue, plan ahead

Due to the Covid pandemic and other factors, the worldwide shortage of computer chips could last into next year year. The shortage of semi-conductors across the globe has resulted in supply issues for every day care home technology such as computers and phones.

At first, many manufacturers cut their orders thinking demand would fall. However, it was quite the opposite as demand for consumer electronics rose during the pandemic.
