Many businesses and care homes across the UK have relied on Samsung phone systems and Wi-Fi solutions for many years. But since Samsung ceased manufacturing this equipment some time ago, their extended support for these systems has now ended.

What does it mean for you?

When manufacturing ceased, replacement parts were readily available thanks to widespread stock holding. This is no longer the case and many Samsung suppliers are reporting issues locating parts.
