Ruann Van der Hoff has joined our technical support team as an IT Support Engineer. Ruann will be providing the care homes and groups that use our IT Support services with assistance onsite, online and by telephone. Whether it’s upgrading PCs, installing new software, network assistance or troubleshooting, Ruann has over 15 years industry experience of keeping business users connected.
Ruann and his family have just moved to the UK from South Africa where he worked in IT Support and Website Development for a global business consulting firm.
Talking about his appointment at GHM Care, Ruann says: “I love interacting with clients and it’s so rewarding to help fix any IT issues and get people back up and running super quickly. The friendly, team culture at GHM Care really shone through to me and I can’t wait to get to know the team and IT Support customers better.”
Outside of work Ruann is a keen drone flyer, loves taking in the UK countryside and stays fit with his new home gym!
