Edward joined our graduate scheme five years ago and works closely with our care customers on their new builds and projects.
A key part of Edward’s role is really understanding the needs of the customer and how we can best tailor our solutions to deliver exactly what is required. This involves long term relationships with each and every care home or care group so we can be sure our solutions are delivering efficiencies not just now but for years to come.
One part of the job that Edward really enjoys is the process of of working with everybody in the chain when it comes to building a new care home. Edward says: “We typically get involved right from the design stage and then work with the main contractors, electricians and so on until the home is ready and handed to the care group and its’ residents. It’s great to see a home ready to welcome residents and really come to life.”
In his spare time Edward enjoys both playing and watching football – he is a keen supporter of both Oxford United and Manchester United. He has also started to play more golf, recently joining a local club…he says the golf needs a lot more work however.
