WatchGuard M290 firewall
For perimeter security, providing strong network protection with features like intrusion prevention, web filtering, and advanced threat detection. This is a physical unit installed at each home. In simple terms, this acts as a security gate at the front of your network—blocking harmful traffic and keeping your systems and data safe.
WatchGuard EPDR (Endpoint Protection Detection & Response)
Secures all devices with AI-driven antivirus, behavioural analysis, and continuous monitoring. This is a per device policy and is always active on the device whether being used in the care home, remote offices, from home or cafe’s etc.
WatchGuard MDR (Managed Detection & Response)
A 24/7 fully managed cybersecurity service with real-time threat detection, proactive threat hunting, and incident response . The key addition
here is you have humans proactively monitoring your network and informing us of any suspicious activity that may not have been picked up with the standard EDPR. If there are any security breaches, the specific port or device where there is a potential threat will be locked down in order to isolate any potential breaches that hackers are trying to make.
Datto SaaS Protection
A cloud backup and recovery solution designed specifically for Microsoft 365. It automatically backs up emails, files, calendars, and other important data from these platforms to ensure businesses can quickly recover from
accidental deletion, ransomware attacks, or user errors.
Microsoft MFA
A security feature that helps protect user accounts by requiring more than just a password to sign in. It adds a second “factor to authenticate the login in via a prompt on the Microsoft Authenticator app or a code sent via text.
This extra step makes it much harder for attackers to break into accounts, even if they’ve stolen the password.
Microsoft 365 Conditional Access Policies
Security rules that help control who can access company resources, under
what conditions, and from where. They help protect sensitive data by making sure only the right people, using trusted devices, can log in—under safe circumstances.
Microsoft Intune
A cloud-based endpoint management solution. It manages user access to organizational resources and simplifies app and device management across your many devices, including mobile devices, desktop computers, and
laptops.
ConnectWise RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management)
A software platform included within GHM Care’s internal CRM
system that allows us to monitor, manage, and support your IT systems remotely. It runs in the background so we can spot problems early, install updates automatically, and fix issues remotely.
