Rollover your hours with our new flexible IT Support package

Our Head of IT, Calum Clewer, came onboard earlier this year to establish a range of Managed IT Services for Care Homes all under one roof. He has seen the frustration care homes are having when dealing with multiple suppliers, all with different SLA’s, to raise a support ticket. This is now a thing of the past for many of our care home customers.

We have designed our IT services to be as agile and flexible as possible. At the request of our care homes, this includes a ‘Block Hour Agreement’, an attractive option over the past 6-months, especially with Covid and staffing challenges. Care homes can migrate monthly support hours from month to month so you only pay for the services you are using. This option is considerably less than a technical service charge. It can also be used as a steppingstone if homes are unsure about a fixed contract.
