GHM Care has recently installed a new telephone system, WiFi and our Nexus nursecall messaging and reporting solution at the newly built Maplewood Court, managed by Oakland Care. This purpose-built care home in Maidstone offers 72 en-suite bedrooms with state-of-the-art facilities.
The telephone system comprises of a range of desk phones, smartphones, and easy-to-use resident handsets. The WiFi Network includes internal Access Points, with internet connectivity for staff, residents and visitors.
Nexus Cloud integrates with the existing Nurse Call system, sending nursecall alerts directly to the carers smartphones and creating a calmer environment by reducing noisy wallboard alerts throughout the home.
