Our team have been busy working hard behind the scenes developing Nexus Care’s reporting suite and completing Nexus installs. Recently we installed Nexus in a brand-new care home for Cinnamon Care at Parkfield Grange.
This luxury new care home is in the market town of Stourbridge and will open its doors at the end of the month. Cinnamon’s approach rests on thoroughly understanding residents to provide tailored care, and our Nexus solution will aid the staff in delivering this personalised care.
The Nexus platform fully integrates with nurse call using smartphones. It delivers nurse call alerts directly to staff and without the need for audible wallboards. As the home introduces more residents, it is possible to create different zones. The care home staff will also use Nexus on the same device as other care management apps.
