Our engineers have recently installed our Nexus solution in another brand-new care home for Cinnamon Care – Sutton Park Grange; ready for when they open their doors in July.
The luxurious development, situated in Sutton Coldfield, will offer dementia care plus residential care. As with other homes by Cinnamon, their approach rests on thoroughly understanding residents to provide tailored care, and our Nexus solution will support this personalised approach.
The Nexus platform fully integrates with nurse call using smartphones. It delivers nurse call alerts directly to staff and without the need for audible wall boards. As the home introduces more residents, it is possible to create different zones. The care home staff will also use Nexus on the same device as other care management apps.
