Yes, providing the telephone number can be ported (we will check for you) and payment of a small admin fee. You can request your existing number when placing your order.
No. Our resident phone uses the WiFi signal in the home to connect calls. The handset will only need a power socket.
The monthly bill (inc. initial set up fees) will be emailed to the account holder, using the contact details provided at order and all payments have to be made via Direct Debit.

Good news! All calls to UK landline numbers (01,02 & 03) and calls to UK mobiles (most 07 numbers) are free. Calls are also free to these countries: USA, Canada, Australia and Ireland (subject to a fair usage policy of 2000/200 mins per month)
Yes. Our Big Button phone is hearing aid compatible.
Residents do not have to switch service right away, but by January 2027, any analogue lines still in use will be switched off. Residents that may be affected the Big Switch Off can of course switch over to our service any time before this date. (Note: It is no longer possible to order new analogue lines, so the GHM resident service is an ideal alternative).
Your contract will be directly with GHM, who are on hand to assist with any billing, service or account related queries.
No, the technology in our handset is designed so that it connects using WiFi. There is no cable connection, other than a power cable.
